OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE

I'm a professional recruiter with 30 years of search experience.  For the past decade, I've exclusively focused on recruiting within the financial services sector with particular emphasis on the recruitment of Investment Advisors (IAs), Capital Markets and Investment Banking Professionals.

I typically work with IAs within the 500k - $3MM production. In the past, however, I have successfully recruited IAs producing as much as 5MM per year.

Using source recruitment techniques and leveraging a well-developed network of contacts I approach IAs to present and discuss potential opportunities available to them. As our discussions evolve prospective IAs are presented with the value proposition my clients can offer which include business platforms, enterprise technology and recruiting firm’s overall culture. While engaging the prospective IA in discussion I endeavour to screen and prequalify these individuals prior to making a formal presentation to my recruiting client. I am actively involved throughout the entire recruitment process providing feedback and input to both my recruiting clients and the prospective IAs. This ensures that appropriate messages are being conveyed to each party and that we are collectively addressing any questions or concerns that can arise. From the firm’s perspective, I continually advocate to the prospective IA the opportunities and benefits of joining my recruiting clients team.
